Leinwand's does not grant refunds. However, we do permit up to 45 days to offer you an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Leinwand's, 132 West Broad Street or P.O. Box 756, Elizabethtown NC 28337, United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your purchased item arrived damaged, we will pay the return shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
How much does it cost to ship my order?
Leinwand’s offers three tiers of shipping within the Continental United States:

When will my order ship?
Your order will be shipped within two business days of cleared payment. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Leinwand’s with your tracking information so that you can track and anticipate your order’s arrival.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange, gift card, or refund.
Refunds are rarely permitted, but we do realize exceptions can be made under extraordinary circumstances determined only by Leinwand’s. To request a refund, you must first contact Leinwand’s before shipping the order back.

If you are shipping an item over $100.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Leinwand’s cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
